Coached Training Sessions
Our coached functional fitness sessions help you build strength, improve fitness, and develop confidence with every movement. Our coaches guide you through warm-ups, strength work, and conditioning workouts so you always know what to do and how to scale the workout to your ability. Whether you are new to training or experienced, our sessions are designed to support all fitness levels.
Flexible Training Sessions
Members can also train during scheduled open training times. Follow the daily Marsden Fit programming, train alongside other members, or complete your own training session. This flexible option allows you to train when it suits your schedule while still being part of the Marsden Fit community.
