Open Gym
If you prefer to train on your own or cannot always make the class times, we have 3 other program options available to you. The class program (so you can keep up with class members), Build and Cardio. Or you can simply come in and use the equipment while following your own specific training plan. Build is a program that can be used alongside our Class program, this is purely strength-based focussing on major lifts, Squat/Deadlift/Bench etc, followed by supersets of supporting accessories. The Cardio program is just that – CARDIO, 40mins of cardio sweatiness.
Saturday morning classes
Our Saturday morning classes are longer workouts, normally done with a partner or a team, or you can brave it alone. It is the perfect time to bring a friend or spouse for the first time as its more social then during the week. A great class to meet other members from different class times.
Functional Fit
This class begins with a specific warm up, followed by the focus of the day (squat, deadlift, gymnastics etc). After a decent strength/skill portion we move into a workout that will ramp up those fitness levels. In this style of training, you will improve total body strength, coordination, cardiovascular & respiratory endurance & much more. You won’t be thrown into the deep end as our coaches can scale all movements to suit your body and capabilities.
SWEAT
Get ready to SWEAT! If you’re training to supplement your chosen sport, you need to be in this class! High Intensity, low impact training at its finest. Working through mental resilience, strength and mobility. Do not be mistaken, this class is hard and full of challenges. Take your training to the next level and come check it out.

*All recurring memberships require a 2 week notice period for cancellation.
*All recurring memberships have the option to pause their membership, this can be done twice in a 1 year period. Each request to pause membership requires a 2 week notice period and will incur a $30 admin fee.
