If you are new to Marsden Fit or joining us on a trial, please attend the RED sessions only.

GREY and GREEN sessions are available to full-time members and those approved by our coaches to attend.

If you're unsure, simply start with a RED session.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all. We train people of all ages, shapes, and fitness levels – We'll scale the movements to suit your ability so you can train safely and build confidence.

What if I have injuries or limitations?

Our coaches are experienced in modifying workouts to keep you moving safely. Let us know and we'll support you 100%.

What happens after the 7 days?

If you love it (and we think you will), we'll help you choose the membership that suits you best. No pressure, no pushy sales.
